New Video Card...

I haven't bought a video card in a while, so I was wondering if any of you guys had recently purchased a decent video card for less than $200. I am looking to buy a new Video Card with the intended use being gaming; this means more than 256 megs of ram, a fast GPU, and DirectX 10 preferred. I have a PCI Express slot, and am currently using an nVidea GeForce 6800 XT, so anything above 6 series is an upgrade. As always, thanks a lot =)

if you want DirectX 10 you would need a card in the 8 series. in that price range a 8600 GT(S) model looks like a good choice.

there is small review (the first page) that explain a bit about the difference in the new versions.

That is a nice card, especially for the price.
