No sound to TV through s-video
I have a Radeon 9600xt graphics card and I use the s-video output to my TV to watch movies. While the video goes through just fine I don't get any sound from the TV. For sound I have to hook up speakers to my Creative Audigy 2 ZS sound card.
What do I have to do to get sound from my TV speakers?

You need to get another cable to hook up your sound card to your TV. The s-video is for video only. Look for something like this.
