PC jukebox needs tv out card recommendation
Hi,
I've been building myself a small form factor PC to sit in my HI-Fi unit and run iTunes so I can have all my music as MP3. I bought a cheap radeon AGP video card with a TV-OUT (svideo) connection and have a cable running from the sVideo to a regular phono (yellow) socket which then connects into a scart adapter (scart socket with 3 phono connections on the back, 2 audio, 1 video). It all works fine but the picture is a bit rubbish and reading text is difficult. I have the resolution of the card set to 800X600 (the smallest it goes) but it still doesn't look great. Can anyone tell me what I can do to get a crisp picture? Are there any cards that do this? All help, greatly appreciated. Cheers Julian |

Julian, try changing your video drivers... there may be some new ones out there or some that are optimised for PAL output.
