pc out of range help!

everytime i run c&c genrals zero hour
i get this message on a black screen

PC OUT OF RANGE
H:30 - 70khz

V:50-160khz

pc display settings correct ?

i can only hear the sound of the game but no picture and the only way to get out of it is to press ctrl +alt+del and end process

i have a gforce fx5200

any help please ?

could the problem be becuase i updated my graphics card
because this only hapiend when i updated it ?
