I caught a bad virus last weekend and was forced to format my HD and also had to do a fdisk in my computer. My problem is that I did that I lost my sound and I can not get drivers for it. I remeber seeing the name soundmax on taskbar but when I went to the website, it tells me to download the driver from my motherboard manufacturer. The question is how can I find out what motherbord I have?
Please help me out anybody Carlos ![]() |

Well, did you build the computer yourself? If so, you should have a manual saying what you have. If you have a manufactured computer (likely) go to their website (Dell, HP, Gateway, etc)
