SoundBlaster X-Fi

I got a new High Spec PC from Dell and I got the SoundBlaster X-Fi upgrade and it looks like this one...
Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer

but I also have what looks like an input and output for fibre optic cables as there a red light on one of them I have to post a picture tonight but the chip board look like the above apart from the two extra ports.

can some one tell me what one this is so I can download the correct drivers for it?

Im looking at trying to put my xbox as a input for the sound card so I can play it from my PC monitor and sound card.

Update dell call it: -
Sound Blaster® X-Fi Xtreme Music PCI Soundcard

but the Music still looks the same as the above image but still with two extra ports
