Video Card ONLY works in Safe Mode
I have a Nvidia GeForce card that only seems to work in safe mode... at boot up I can see everything fine... untill it is about to change from the windows logo to the login screen... then it goes black.
I tried a different video card and it seems to work fine with that one... I reinstalled the Nvidia Drivers in safe mode, but no luck.

The screen seems to be scrambled with vertical lines even in the bios... the video card does not have this problem in my other computer, and the computer doesnt have problems with a different video card... it just seems as though all of a sudden that video card does not want to work with that computer... not even at start up.
