I wouldn't go with anyting less than a Geforce FX 5200. They are only about 20 more dollars the that Radeon. Well worth the extra money. I have a 5200 right now and I can play all those games. I just have to play Halo and Farcry with really low settings.

Simply put, that card is too old to handle modern games. If you want to play current stuff, the 5200 is the least (emphasis on least) that you'll want. You'll need to spend more than $36 to get a decent video card. I'd really say you want something more in the 9600pro range or above if you want to be able to continue to play new games. The 9800pro is a great high-mid range card. Costs more, but worth every penny. That is the level of hardware you want for playing Doom3 on something other than low settings. You need to determine your budget and what you want to play (just whats out now, or do you want it to last for a year or two?)
