Which card

I am looking at these two video cards, both of them got nice reviews, just want to know which one should be better:
EVGA 8800GTS 320MB GDDR3 Video Card $200
Diamond Viper ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT PCIE 512MB GDDR3 Video Card $145
Wich one should be better, the second have bigger memeory size, and wth lower price, so is it better? And what's the difference of 128 bit and 320-bit, is that matter?

Bandwidth (MB/s)=Clock rate (MHz)*Width (bits)/8
So 320-bit is better than 128-bit.
