The 4200ti. What are you going to use this for? Unless you are on a very tight budget I would recommend something a bit newer.

Now I have Hercules 3D Prophet KyroII. I was thinking about changing it for something newer. I am going to use this for watching films(with TV_OUT), playing games(HeroesIV, PES3, etc). My budget is only about 50$.

I have a ti4200 running with a p4 2.8. I've never had any problems. I can play ut2004 with the res at 1280 x 1024 and all detail on high. The tv out i use also and again no probs. I can easily overclock it to 310 and 700 with no problems. Have a look at http://www6.tomshardware.com/graphic/20031229/
This is a great video card review with full comparison.
