Trying to improve an old crappy computer with another old crappy computer

So I've been working on a Dell Optiplex GX1.
I want to get audio but it requires some sort of two plug system (I'm anything but an expert) and all of my speakers from past computers have one plug. So instead of going out and finding some old crappy speakers, I decided to jack a port from the front of an old computer, an emachines T1150 to be specific.
So what I'm not sure about is where to plug this thing in on the motherboard.

Dell's are notorious for proprietary motherboards. You likely will not find a connection that will work with the eMachines audio port. Your best bet is to get a PCI Audio card as it appears the GX1 has PCI slots.
