I haven't yet converted an Access DB to MySQL, but if you have a textfile you could simply use the MySQL command:
LOAD DATA INFILE 'filename goes here' INTO TABLE 'tablename';
Read the MySQL manual for further instructions on how to use LOAD DATA INFILE.

You could also look at the Converters section in: http://www.mysql.com/Contrib/
I've seen some Access --> MySQL converters.
As I mentioned before, I've never done it, but if it worked for you, maybe you could explain how you did it?

Thanks for your reply.
I suppose It will provide me great help in future as I have already done that by first converting access database to text file and then using command importsql I have converted it into MySQL table.
I will try this also and whenever I complete this I will let you know.
