Help me clean my database by following this tutorial

Can someone pls help me do these steps from this tutorial:

I don't really understand what to do in STEP 4,5,6,7, can u please tell me where should I run those commands? I tried in phpadmin, putty (using root) and non worked lol. I'm noob at this, detailed instructions would be very appreaciated!

Those steps are done using the command line. Putty should be able to do that as it's a proper SSH shell. What are the actual errors that you're getting when you're trying to run those commands? If I was to guess (and this is purely a guess) it looks like MySQL isn't set up to be run from the command line on your server. If that's the case you just need to add it into your paths.

Also, it's going to be hard to get more detailed instructions then those. It's hard to give more detail then giving you the exact request that you need to run in each step.
