How can I convert MSSQL.bak file to mysql format?

How can I convert MSSQL.bak file to mysql format?
Hello;
I have a database file database.bak which is MSSQL and I need to convert it to mysql format.

I have wamp on my computer and not msserver.

What would be the best solution? Thank you

I've used SSMS to connect to a MySQL database and copy the data over with its import/export tool. Worked quite well actually.
