Hello

My ISP just installed Mysql. I've been getting aquainted with it. I have some questions.

When I log in and type "show databases" I can see all tha databases from all the users of my ISP. Shouldn't I be able to see them?

I cannot create databases. I have been given one to put my stuff in it. I think this way it could be a mess because I would create different tables with no related stuff. Is that the way you access in your ISPs too?

I cannot create new users .

Should I write to them and ask them to change the permission settings?

Thanks
