    I have the following trouble:

    I try acces to mysql with jdbc and the server give me
    an error:

    SQLException: Server configuration denies access to data source

    If I change change the field Host in user table (mysql
    database) to '%' the conection work but I have a security hole.

    The following line is the line in my java file

    Connection C = DriverManager.getConnection(
    "jdbc:mysql://www.myWeb.com:3306/?user=MyUser&password=
    MyPassword");

    I greet some help about this.

    Just one thing.

    After you change the host to "%", did you perform "flush privileges" as well, or else the user account would not update until you do so.

    What did you have in the Host column before?

    use either localhost, or the name/ip address of the server where this script is running.

    then flush privileges;
