I am trying to upgrade our recent server which is running RedHat 6.1 . We have a web-site with a search engine using MySQL. The problem is i am trying to transfer the website and the database onto the backup server while i perform my upgrade. However, when i transfer the database to the backup it works fine, but the scripts for the search engine are not running, and i cant access the search engine...

Then click on Find a Physician, to access the searchengine db.
