Odbc driver install problems

I have loaded a new version of MySql (5.1.66) and MySql Administrator (1.1.9) onto a new Windows 2003 Server and it appears to be working fine.
I am in the process of trying down load the necessary ODBC drivers to the server and into the ODBC data source administrator. The download of the ODBC driver (3.51.30) appears to have worked but when I pull up the ODBC data Source administrator tool I do not see the driver inorder to do the setup.
I am not that familiar with this ODBC setup process and I am probably missing something.
Can someone who is familiar with this process maybe help me with the steps to installing the neccessary connectivity to my new Database ?
