Request for last database access in error (help Newbie)

Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie business owner using mysql for my business. I had an error below which I am trying to correct (no luck yet). I was wondering if anyone in the forum could help me. Btw, this is a great forum for info keep it up......

Dolibarr has detected a technical error.
This is information that can help diagnostic:

Looks like fieldrequired does not exists in the table llx_extrafields.

Make sure the names are spelled correct.
