Download separately.

Apache download: http://www.apache.org/dist/binaries/win32/
--> edit httpd.conf in the 'conf'-dir

PHP4 download (PHP 4.0.1pl2 Binaries for Win32 - 30 June 2000
(CGI binary and ISAPI module included, MySQL support built-in)) http://www.php.net/downloads.php
--> edit php.ini + put it in windows-dir

Mysql download: http://www.mysql.com/Downloads/MySQ...clients-vms.zip
--> run setup.exe

A lazy alternative is downloading OmniHTTPd-server. It contains and installs also PHP4(beta?). http://www.omnicron.ab.ca/httpd/download.html
--> edit localhost options

Have fun!

Greetings,
Richard Vos
