I'm keen to start learning mySQL properly but need to create a database and upload it to start creating PHP/html queries. I haven't the faintest idea on how to actually upload.
    http://www.powerhost.co.uk/admin.htm#mysql

shows 2 shots of my Host's interface which I can access no problem. How, though, to start...? Techy speak banned until I get kick started !! :-)

    thanks ...

The best place to start is the tutorials on Devshed, and then go through the manual. Once you have a basic understanding, then start working on your database.

    have fun
