Sub categories - handle

Am thinking of putting a book together in which I write on ideas that interest me. Categories fall to philosophy, religion, science, common sense, human stupidity etc. Then I develope sub categories and possible links. If i can get a MYSQL structure to handle this simple idea flexibly, I will be happy. I have a home brewed CMS on PHP and MYSQL but I need a bump that can bring the roof down that is blocking the light on how best to proceed.

All suggestions appreciated.

Peter

I put another question to the forum which pointed me well. Am still wallowing in resonances of gratitude.

A quick look at your response shouts the road ahead. What you are suggesting has eloquence beyond my best work-around thoughts.

Hard to tell the time it will take my mistuned brain to grasp the mechanism but you have me focussed.

Thanks

Peter
