Where can I get Win32 MySQL?

Hi,

I would like to dive into MySQL.
So I seek a MySQL-version. I allready searched on the internet, but couldn't find what I am looking for. That is:

-MySQL
-Free-version
-Legal (yes)
-Not Trial-version
-to run under Win32 (win98)
-and allready compiled

Who can help me out?
