    Sorry, I'm only a beginner with MySQL Server, but : I have a Cobalt RaQ with Redhat Linux, MySQL Server and PHP4, all the latest versions.
    I just created a database, but how can I create a user which is the admin of THAT database (not a root of the mysql server)
