I collect a lot of information through Forms.
The Users normally access the page, diconnect from the net, Fill in the form and then connect again to send.
Can I save this info in the Cookie on the users machine while he is offline. And send all the Entries (Normally 2 to 3) to MySql database when the user connects and clicks on a special button?

Yes you can. I do kind of the same thing. Set 2 cookies, 1 should be the primary key that is common to all your forms and another should be dummy boolean key. This should by default be set to 0 or any string you like to indicate that they have logged on and if they are logged on, get info from your database using the primary key cookie which has been set.

I hope this helps but tell me if you need more clarification.
