I've been using MySQL for about 3 months now without any problems. Now all of a sudden, whenever I open a table, it opens in read-only mode, even when I have nothing else open, everything is saved, etc. I can't figure out why. I don't even know how I got it to open in read-only mode.
However, if I alter the table by switching the column order and apply changes, then immediately switch it back and apply changes, I can open that individual table and edit the data.
Obviously this is an annoying work-around. It has been driving me nuts for 2 days. I've searched the web, looked through every option I can find in MySQL, etc and can't figure out how I got it in this mode where everything is Read-Only.
When I hover over "Read-Only" it says "The column information for 'table' was not found'. Make sure it is a valid table."
I'm figuring it is something simple, but hoping my program isn't corrupted. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm connecting to MySQL via PHP code in my HTML.

When you hover over "Read Only"...what says that? Is this some PHP-MySQL manager application like phpMyAdmin?
