Are looking where to learn it?
You can use many resources. The best is a Microsoft Training class : 2373, it's a VB.NET class that is wonderful. It's companion class is 2310 which is an ASP.NET class.
Most schools give these classes at very resonable prices. Take the VB class first, then the ASP class. PHP and ASP are similar, but be ready to through out everything you know.
