Knowing where new registered user came from ?

Hi,

I have created dnn site.

I have 7 campaigns running at the moment.All these are pointing to registration form, but problem I am having is how to tell from which campaign user registered. I thought about creating new registration form for each campaign, but that would involve lot of work.

So my question is, how to know where new registered user came from(which campaign) ?
