some help with directx installation

im kinda new on this directx, and i have just recently installed it.
i have a small problem ok, here is my situation

i have the visual net 2002. and i downloaded directx9sdk
i want to work with a new proyect in c# with directx, when i choose "new proyect", i click on "visual c# proyects" and i see a little icon that says "DirectX 9 Visual C# Wizard", so i click on it and "ok"

when i do that, a white pop-up window appears and nothing nothing happens. after a while, i close the window and i see an error message that says
"Cant Find C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\VC#\VC#Wizards\Mdx9AppWizard\HTML\3082\default.html "

and then nothing happens. when i dive into that folder, i see that i only have a folder named
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\VC#\VC#Wizards\Mdx9AppWizard\HTML\2058

and in the 2058 folder is everything that should be on the 3082 folder, i tried changing the name, but only got the thing worse

so, is there something im doing wrong?? how can i start a simple directx9 proyect with my visual studio .net ???
