Telephony API 3.0 and VB .net

I'm about to develop an application using TAPI 3.0 with VB .net.
I want to get connected to P.B.X and get the incoming call numbers.
I find an exemple in the MSDN library but it's written in C++.
Who can please give me the VB .net TAPI functions doing it .
