VB.net exe file query

Hi,

Im developiong a minor application using VB.net. However the target computer does not ahve any visual basic components installed.

COuld someone please tell me how do i make an installation shield type thing ..to install the application..so that it works on the target computer.

Any other suggestions regarding other compatibility issues that i might face would be greatly appreciated
