web tab controls and visual manipulation

i've been looking online for tab controls for my web forms but haven't been satisfied with the way any of them work in the visual editor of visual studios. i'm looking for something that will allow me to click through each of the tabs i create and drag/drop controls as you would when visually building a Windows Application using the TabControl provided with .NET. is there anything like this or are all of these types of controls only manipulated programatically?
