Why picturebox1.SendToBack()is not working ?

Why picturebox1.SendToBack()is not working ?

My picturebox1 covers almost the entire form background and when trying to play a GIF animation using ImageAnimator.Animate the animation appears behind the picturebox1.

Does anyone knows the correct code for sending the GIF animation to the front of the picturebox1?

I will appreciate anyone’s help on this matter.
