Accessing Other Computer as HTTP server (Apache Installed)
I'm trying to configure a way to access another computer on a private home (peer-to-peer) network. Although, I want it to access it as an HTTP server. The computer I have accessed has a clean install of Apache 2.0.52 on Windows XP Pro.

In your web browser, http://ip.add.re.ss/mypage.html doesn't work?

Well, I'm not sure how I should setup my IP. Also, my system automatically obtains the IP. I can't figure out what I should use for IPs. Also, I especially don't know how to setup my DNS. |

On a local network you should be able to use http://computername rather than IP.
It's a different story if you are trying to get to your web server from outside your LAN. |

This doesn't work for me, either. |
