hi
does anyone know how does one perform remote access using adsl cause up to now i've been using dial up ????? |

? You call your favorite ISP and ask if they provide DSL service in your area. If it's available, the local telephone company will install a circuit (wires and a jack) at your home/office. Then your ISP should give you an "ADSL modem". Your side of the ADSL modem has an ethernet jack. You connect your favorite hub or switch to the ADSL modem and your computer to the hub/switch. Or you can use a "crossed" cable and plug the ADSL ethernet jack right to your computer.
