can't access last computer on network

I have 5 computers networked. As a school we have blueyonder, which when working is fine.
The problem I have is this, 4 out of the 5 computers can see each other as well as access the Internet, the 5th one can access the net but can't see the others.
All the settings have been checked many times with no luck.
I have 4 on 98se OS and one on xp home. the one causing the problems is on 98se.
Can anyone help please?
