Can't access personal web server using IP address

Hi there, I have XP Pro and am running a web server on the computer. I connect to the internet through a Belkin router, which I configured to redirect traffic sent to port 80 on the network, to go to port 80 on the ip address of my comp, 127... etc. I have Mcafee firewall which I also configured to allow port 80 access. Everything worked perfectly. I could access my site with localhost, my LAN ip address, and my real IP ie. 217.68.... etcaddress.

This was working one day, the next day it wasn't. At the moment, the only way to get to the site is through localhost or my LAN IP address.

I have tried http://217.68.....:80 and without the 80 but just get page cannot be displayed. Have also turned off firewall on the router and Mcafee, but still nothing.

I have typed in: ping 217.68...:80 in a command prompt, and get: Ping request could not find host 217.68...:80. Please check the name and try again.

Anybody have an idea on how to get my server accessible from the net again. As far as I know, nothing on my system changed from the day it was working to the day it stopped.
Are there any commands/tools I can use to maybe diagnose where abouts the problem is occuring, ie before reaches the router, or after for example.

Thanks

Colin

Definitely not, I'm staying clear of SP2

EDIT: OK, found the culprit, for some reason, the router had switched all the computers LAN IP addresses around, so where it was once setup for 192.168.2.4 to get port 80 traffic, that computer was now 192.168.2.3.

Question now is: Is it possible to specify more than one ip address to receive the traffic. I did try adding in another one, but if I do that then it doesn't work.

And in what circumstances would the router change the ip addresses. Does turning it on and off change them? As it will be pretty annoying if I have to keep changing the ip address that port 80 traffic is sent to in the router configuration
