Cannot Add TCP/IP for Netgear win 98
Hello,
I'm using Netgear's wireless router (WGR614) and a wireless pci adapter (WG311).
Under Network Configuration I have the following listed:
---
...
Netgear Wg311 802.11g wireless pci adapter
Netbeui -> netgear wg311 802.11g wireless pci adapter
...
----
But I don't have a TCP/IP listing for the adapter. So I tried adding one: Protocol->Microsoft->TCP/IP->OK. But instead of creating a new listing, it takes me back to add component screen.
I'm guessing this means I didn't install the adapter correctly? I removed everything under configuration for netgear and uninstalled the PCI Adapter software, rebooted, and installed the drivers again. Yet, I still don't see TCP/IP->Netgear Adapter, nor will it allow me to add a new one.
