Cannot find server or DNS Error --> Page cannot be displayed
Hi guys. I know this topic is like, the uber-case of the year.... and believe me I've gone through a lot of posts about this just to pin-point my problem, but none of it matches!
So, if anyone can help me, please do! ![]() Firstly, I don't think this is a case of DNS problem, cause I've done all the pinging and resolving and everything seems to work fine. One exceptional case is just for HSBC sites (as far as I know, that is). My theory for this is that because I come from Malaysia, I do not have access to URL or URL, instead I can only go to URL (which is the Malaysian HSBC site). Otherwise I'm brought to the "Page cannot be displayed" page. I can only describe the problem: This is an issue that can only be resolved by clicking on the refresh button a few times after getting that {topic} page. Usually after the third try I am able to access that particular page. This occurs randomly while surfing. Noted down: Worse case is when I get redirected from one page to another page (usually with extra extensions on the address) for example going to my Yahoo inbox takes multiple refreshes to happen! I am using a wireless router that is connected to a wireless broadband reciever. Please ask if u need more information. Urk... this is long... Instead of me rambling and providing useless information, I'd rather listen to what you guys have to say. Thanks in advance guys! |

What kind of a router are you using? It might be a known bug with the router...

![]() So guys, anybody, any idea on the problem?? Most importantly I can't seem to get into URL and I live in Malaysia. Sounds familiar? |
