Cant ping a public IP from a particular location
Hi,
I refer to my thread in the DNS forum:

I initially thought this was a DNS problem, but it turns out i need to seek asisstance in here.
Please note, you will get a "request timed out" if you try to ping the IP that the website is located out because the firewall is configured to deny ICMP requests (is that the correct terminology?)
Please help, as ive been stuck on this for a week.
