Cisco 1417 DSL modem/router upgrade
Hi everyone,
Yesterday I received a new toy from a friend, the cisco 1417, It comes with router capabilities and much much more. I have never worked with these kind of devices before. I was wondering if I can upgrade the firmware that comes with this device. Currently I have version (IOS (tm) 1400 Software (C1400-NSY-M), Version 12.1(1), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1). I see on cisco's website that other ios software versions are available.
Perhaps anyone here ever worked with these devices with tips.
