I mean the connection speed between the host and the virtual machine.

I want to limit the transfer speed.

I don't think there's any way you can easily do this. But you may be able to find a shareware program somewhere which when installed may limit the bandwidth that can be used.

You could also perhaps switch from 100Mbps > 10Mbps or from full duplex to half duplex.
