Question Connecting Wireless to Wired router ?

I have This router And have connected it to 2 computers.

I have just purchased This wireless router .
Now my question :

The wired router handels the internet, can i simply connect the 2 together with a bit of CAT 5 so that the wireless computers can use the internet aswell ?

tia Scott

P.S. I have connected a wired switch with the router and all seems to go fine just what to know if i can do the same with the wireless.

Why did you buy a router when what you really want is to add a Access point to the router you already have. You would be better of to trade it in for an access point. If you cant the easiest thing to do is replace your router with the new one. That way you will have wired and wireless on one router. Connecting routers together is tricky and not all brands support it.

You can probably get it to work on one computer. The problem is if the second router does not have the ability to turn itself into an access point you will need to forward all traffic inbound to the wan port to the computer thats connected.Do you follow? You have to make it stop acting as a router. And pass all traffic to the connected laptop. The second problem is most home routers will only let you put one PC in the DMZ. So you would only get one computerto work properly connecting to the wireless router.
