Copy/Paste through VPN

One of our employees is unable to copy/paste from our terminal server in Europe to her local machine anymore, and I'm trying to figure out the problem. I've already made sure that the Clipboard is checked in the RDP connection properties. I tried connecting as her on my machine, and the same thing happens. If I log out and then reconnect as me, copy/paste works. Should I have the remote admin take a look at his policy? Any help is much appreciated.

Thank You,
Brandon

Sounds like a permissions problem, maybe your destination folder doesn't allow her user to write into it.

I use tightvnc on windows which also supports the clipboard and copy/paste between computers.

Sounds like a Windows or software problem. I don't see how it can be anything on the networking side.

Thanks to both of you for your responses! Our remote admin in Europe was vague about what may have happened, but he mentioned some sort of firewall issue that was worked out by a specialist. Once that was done, the functionality was back, though I know it may not seem like they were related. I guess he may have rebooted the server, as well. It was only that one user who was having the issue, and the rest of us could copy/paste/etc. ...thanks, again!
