D-Link 804HV port forward troubles

Hi,
I have the d-link 804hv router and I can't forward certain ports. I currently forward ports for a webserver, ftp, TS, and mail and they work fine. I am trying to forward ports for SQL Server access via 1433, but no matter what I try the port will not open.

Is this a D-Link router issue or am I forgetting something. D-Link support didn't have a solution for me.

Thanks.
