DIAL-in server in windows 2003 server

Hi to all,

I have a problem with my win2003 server and RAS server.

I have two computers: one with win xp and the another one with win2003 server, Ras server and an internt connection.
I set up the server for accepting remote connection through a 56 k modem from another location.
Eveything is ok, the user calls, logon and the internet is working,BUT after 10 minutes he does not have internet connection and if I ping him I receive request timed out.
The user is still conected....He has to diconect and conect again for another 10 minutes.

Do you know what is happening?

Sounds like the modems are going out of sync. try to lower the connection speed to something like 36k and see if it is any better.

The speed is connection speed is 33.6k, I did not set it up. The modem has the driver installed by the windows. It could be the problem?
I do not have the original driver!
