Dropping Printer Share
I have 12 workstations on a network with a Windows 2000 server. 8 workstations run XP Pro and 4 run Windows 2000. One Windows 2000 system has a shared Laser Printer. Occasionally, all of the XP machines lose the ability to print to the shared printer. All other network connections remain in tact, but when you select Printer Properties from the XP systems, you get an "access denied" message. The only way to restore the connection is to reboot all of the XP systems. Any thoughts?
