Dynamic IP, and Host

If somebody can help me because I never put a site on the net.
1. I have ADSL connection, with dynamic IP.
2. I want to buy a space from a hosting provider, to keep a website of mine.
3.I suppose I can pay for a NS or DNS for that site to my future hosting provider (monthly or yearly).

Question is: can I do this with dynamic IP, or it is supposed that I should have NS of mine, or more precisely a static IP?

As I read fugitive, technically could be done.
Or maybe I'm wrong?
What puzzle me is: If I buy a domain from a hosting provider, and he provide me also a pair of NS which I pay supplementary, than connection between me and my site (hosting provider) should be matter of approaching through password?

I'm sorry if is a naive question, but everybody pass though these problems, and I thanx everybody help me.

If you purchase a domain from a domain registrar, you can purchase space from a hosting provider. If you purchase space from a hosting provider, then it doesn't matter whether your IP is dynamic or static.

Once you sign up with a hosting provider, they will provide you 2 nameservers (NS records) which you will need to place at the domain registrar (the place where you purchased your domain from). There should be an area for you to log in to manage your domain(s).

If you were to host the site yourself, would you need to consider what type of IP address you would want/need. Hosting a site on your own server can be done with a dynamic IP, however, static IP's make things a lot easier.

You would purchase your domain, which would have login info for you to login to manage your domain.
You can purchase a hosting provider, which also would give you login info to manage your host.
(Not entirely sure on what you're referring to in the last part of your post, but I tried to answer the best I understood it.

It is exactly what I want to know!

Thank you.
It is exactly what I want to know about.
I parked a name with GoDaddy, and they answer me I need a static IP.

I asked something like this:

Can I buy a domain name with a dynamic connection?
I've a VPN connection, and every time I connect to net, I've another IP.

Can I have a domain name, and of course use it for my site?

And they answer me something this way:

Thank you for contacting Online Support. Unfortunately, domains do not support Dynamic DNS. There are services that will allow you to use Dynamic DNS by forwarding a Static IP to them and the configure the DNS. However, we do not provide support for this type of service.

Please let us know if we can help any other way.

In the meantime I got an ADSL connection also with dynamic IP.

As I can see there are two NS provided, and there shouldn't be a problem to buy hosting pack, and place my already finish site on that place with my dynamic IP?

Or should I change hosting provider?
Thank you again for your time!

I'm not sure I quite understood all of your response, but I'm going to try to clarify....

Your domain is parked at GoDaddy.... this means it's not hosted anywhere.
You are looking to buy a hosting plan. This means that your domain is not hosted anywhere, and you need to find a place to host your domain.
You connecting via dynamic IP has no bearing on your web host. The dynamic IP only comes in to play if you are hosting it on your own.

As for GoDaddy mentioning they don't support dynamic IP's... that means that if you try hosting on a dynamic IP, they don't provide technical support on any matter you may come across in trying to setup a dynamic IP'd host.

Just look for a host that you want to host your domain with, purchase a hosting package, and upload your site. If you need assistance in finding a host, visit the Web Hosting threads, also at Dev Shed.
