Enabling QoS for my webserver?

hi, I have never setup QoS before, so thought it would be a great time to learn.

I have a SMC router and basically want all traffic on specific ports 80, 9001 to have complete priority over any other traffic on the network. So if the internet is being used, downloads or anything, this will not slow the webserver.

I am using a SMC - complete model SMC7904WBRA-N2

Please take the time to helo me achive this and also maybe explain to me the basics etc of setting up QoS, cause right now i know nothing!

Thanks guys!
