Can you browse to http://66.102.9.104? If you can, then it's a DNS problem. Go to your ISPs website, find the IP addresses of their two DNS servers, then add these to the properties for the NIC.

If you can browse to that IP address then it is a DNS problem. You say that you've managed to find your DNS servers, so open up Network Connections from the Control Panel. Right-click the 1394 Connection and select Properties. Double-click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and then you'll see two boxes at the bottom of the new window where you can enter the DNS servers.

Do you have any settings configured in Internet Explorer which may causing problems? Check that you aren't trying to use a proxy server.

You need to check in the second computer which can't connect to the Internet. Check that in the "Local Area Network (LAN) Settings" page nothing is selected, and that a proxy server isn't setup.
